Antique jewellery collectors, enthusiasts and dealers from across Australia gathered at Royal Randwick Racecourse from Thursday 28 - Sunday 31 May for The Sydney Fair, one of the country's most anticipated antiques events.
Gerard McCabe was proud to once again be among the exhibitors, represented by Co-Managing Director Justin McCabe, joined by Sales Consultant Margaret.
Exhibiting alongside more than 60 of Australia's most respected antique dealers, we showcased a curated selection of exceptional antique and vintage jewellery, offering visitors the opportunity to discover remarkable pieces from across the decades.
Over four busy days, we had the pleasure of reconnecting with long-time collectors, meeting new jewellery enthusiasts, and sharing our passion for antique and vintage treasures with visitors from across Australia.
From romantic antique engagement rings to vintage signed jewellery, our collection brought together an eclectic mix of treasures from across the Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco eras and beyond.
Co-Managing Director Justin McCabe said: "Thank you Sydney for being fabulous as always. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and many new ones too. We look forward to seeing you all again next year."
"Our Faberge earrings were drooled over, our two 1930's rolex timepieces found their new homes, and I believe our Victorian Opal bangle was a crowd favourite." - Justin McCabe, Co-Managing Director.
The Sydney Fair continues to be a highlight on the antique calendar, bringing together an extraordinary collection of dealers, collectors and lovers of fine antiques. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet collectors face-to-face, share the stories behind these remarkable pieces and see antique jewellery appreciated by a new generation of enthusiasts. We are grateful to everyone who visited our stand and helped make this year's event such a memorable success.
