On the evening of Wednesday 16th October, Gerard McCabe had the absolute pleasure of hosting an engagement party in honour of Jenna and Yorke, who recently captured hearts when they got engaged live on Channel 7’s hit TV show The Voice. Our Adelaide Arcade boutique was buzzing with excitement as friends, clients and lucky competition winners gathered to celebrate this special moment with a night of glitz and glamour!

Guests were invited to explore a selection of our latest engagement rings along with our fresh new spring jewellery collections, with the opportunity to try on stunning pieces while indulging in an array of gourmet canapés and sparkling wine. The ambience was elevated by a live DJ spinning the perfect soundtrack for the evening.

The highlight of the night was a special performance by the couple themselves. Jenna and Yorke serenaded their guests with renditions of their audition songs from The Voice. Jenna captivated the audience with a slowed-down version of Avril Lavigne's Complicated, followed by her enchanting cover of Taylor Swift’s Love Story. Yorke complemented her beautifully with heartfelt performances of How to Save a Life by The Fray and Breakeven by The Script.

Embracing Jenna’s signature pink aesthetic, inspired by her online persona “Jennawiththepink”, our Adelaide Arcade boutique was adorned with a breathtaking pink flower arrangement, while our staff complemented the theme with matching pink and blue buttonhole flowers. Guests were also treated to pink sparkling wine and a selection of pink-themed desserts, including delectable doughnuts and jelly cakes.
