Gerard McCabe is a local, South Australian, family business with 4 generations of experience in fine jewellery. Much of our design inspiration comes from our heritage, local stories and our environment. Gerard McCabe is Adelaide’s premier diamond jeweller and specialises in engagement rings, wedding rings and anniversary jewellery. We also develop contemporary jewellery designs featuring diamonds, coloured diamonds, pearls and natural gemstones.

In 1993 Gerard had the pleasure to value the Echunga diamonds held by the Museum and the Mines Department. This piqued our interest in the valuable resources our state has to offer, and the local treasures that are stored here in the museum.
We had the pleasure of being involved in a small way in the groundbreaking opal exhibition in 2015, which was an unparallelled display of opals never seen in the world before.
