Gerard McCabe recently embarked on a thrilling interstate journey to showcase our coveted antique jewels at The Melbourne Fair. Taking place from Thursday 12 - Sunday 15 September at The Victory Room within Marvel Stadium in Melbourne’s vibrant Docklands district, this prestigious event was a dazzling highlight on any antique enthusiast’s calendar.
The Melbourne Fair welcomed over 50 of Australia’s outstanding dealers who exhibited antique to vintage furniture, fine and decorative arts, jewellery, prints and posters, antiquities, rugs, books, vintage fashion, couture and designer vintage.
Representing Gerard McCabe at this prestigious event was our Co-Managing Director Justin McCabe, accompanied by our stellar Sales Consultants Margaret and Martha. Together, they presented a breathtaking array of antique jewellery that left visitors spellbound.
Fairgoers explored a captivating range of jewellery spanning several eras, uncovering dazzling treasures from the refined Georgian era, the artistic flair of Art Nouveau, the grandeur of the Edwardian period, and the enchanting romance of Victorian jewellery. Our collection showcased an array of stunning rings, earrings, brooches, bracelets and pendants, each piece a sparkling chapter in history. We also featured signature pieces from our Remarkable Rocks collection: unique one-off treasures that represent the very best in rare jewels and South Australian design.
