Spoil yourself or someone special with an effervescent Jupiter Creek ring from the Gerard McCabe Echunga collection.
No diamond alike, Jupiter Creek rings are the latest addition to the Echunga collection, suitably named after the Jupiter Creek goldfield in Echunga. At the height of the gold rush (1868 - 1907) up to 1,500 diggers worked in this field.
Jupiter Creek rings feature a selection of coloured diamonds named after mouthwatering flavours. The spectacular diamonds have been carefully selected and placed together creating a brilliant one-of-a-kind display of colours. A gorgeous Lotus Flower design sits underneath the stunning rare coloured diamonds.

THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE NAME: ECHUNGA COLLECTION
No two diamonds are alike. Echunga is an exclusive collection of coloured diamond jewellery inspired by the mystery and folklore of the rare Echunga diamonds. Discovered at Echunga in the picturesque Adelaide Hills during the gold rush of the late 1800s, the true source of the original diamonds remains unknown to this day.
Gerard appraised the original diamonds in 1994 for the South Australian Museum, which sparked the idea for this unique collection. The origin of the Echunga diamonds remains a mystery, as there are no known Kimberlite pipes (which are responsible for the formation of mined diamonds) in the area where they were found.
Every coloured diamond in the Echunga collection is unique. Working with these exquisite natural gems has led to the creation of a suite of one-of-a-kind jewellery. The key to each design is matching the mixed sets of natural coloured diamonds to create beautifully unique jewellery. We use flavours as a helpful way to describe the colours of these very special diamonds. Discover our range of Echunga Jupiter Creek Diamond rings.
