From Friday 16 to Sunday 18 May, Gerard McCabe’s Adelaide Arcade boutique proudly hosted an Antique & Vintage Shopping Weekend: South Australia’s largest antique and vintage jewellery showcase. In celebration of South Australia’s History Festival and the 140th anniversary of Adelaide Arcade, our boutique nestled in the city’s bustling historic arcade was transformed into a haven for lovers of history, heritage, and fine jewellery.

Guests were invited to explore over 300 extraordinary antique and vintage pieces, including more than 80 never-before-seen treasures, unveiled as part of our most extensive antique release to date. From Edwardian elegance to Art Deco glamour, each piece carried with it a unique story and timeless charm.
Throughout the weekend, visitors enjoyed exclusive event-only specials, making it a rare opportunity to take home a piece of history. The atmosphere in-store reflected the spirit of celebration, with clients and collectors alike sharing in the joy of discovering jewellery with soul, character, and legacy.
